IFS Unleashed 2026 brought the global IFS community together in Orlando from October 12 to 16 to explore the future of enterprise technology. This year’s event focused heavily on Industrial AI and the shift toward agentic AI, where technology moves beyond providing information and recommendations to actively helping organizations execute work.

For Coredrive, the event was especially meaningful. It marked the official introduction of our new brand, bringing together Gogh Solutions and JumpModel as one stronger IFS partner. It was an exciting opportunity to connect with customers, partners and the broader IFS community while looking ahead to what’s next for the industry.

Moving Beyond AI Assistance to Agentic AI

One of the biggest messages from IFS Unleashed was that organizations need to start thinking differently about AI. Until now, much of the focus has been on using AI to analyze data, improve productivity and support decision-making. Agentic AI takes this further by introducing intelligent agents that can carry out tasks, coordinate activities and help manage complex business processes.

For organizations in service-driven and asset-intensive industries, this creates opportunities to reduce manual work, improve efficiency and respond faster to operational challenges. Whether it’s managing field service schedules, coordinating maintenance activities or addressing supply chain disruptions, AI is becoming more closely connected to how work actually gets done.

The question is no longer simply how AI can help employees work faster, but how people and AI agents can work together to achieve better business outcomes.

IFS Intelligence: Three Ways to Work with AI

A major focus of the event was IFS Intelligence, which brings Industrial AI capabilities directly into everyday business operations.

IFS describes its approach through three simple concepts: Work with AI. Delegate to AI. Build with AI.

Work with AI helps employees access information, understand operational challenges and make better decisions using AI-powered assistance.

Delegate to AI takes the next step by allowing organizations to assign defined tasks and workflows to intelligent agents, reducing repetitive manual work while maintaining appropriate oversight.

Build with AI gives businesses the ability to develop and adapt AI-powered capabilities to their own operational needs.

Together, these approaches represent a shift from using AI as a standalone tool to making it an integrated part of business operations.

Nexus Black and IFS Loops: Turning AI into Action

Two other important areas of focus were IFS Nexus Black and IFS Loops, both of which reinforce the move toward practical, industry-specific AI.

Nexus Black is focused on accelerating the development and adoption of AI solutions that address real operational challenges. Rather than applying generic AI to complex environments, the emphasis is on understanding industry requirements and delivering solutions that can create measurable value.

IFS Loops introduces agentic AI through Digital Workers that can manage defined tasks and coordinate processes across enterprise systems. For example, these capabilities can support activities such as maintenance scheduling, supplier coordination and field service operations, helping teams reduce administrative effort and focus on higher-value work.

While the technology is advancing quickly, successful adoption still requires preparation. Organizations need to understand their processes; ensure their data is reliable and consider how AI agents will interact with existing systems. The goal shouldn’t be to introduce AI everywhere at once, but to identify where it can make a meaningful difference and build from there.

A New Chapter for Coredrive

Alongside these industry developments, IFS Unleashed marked an important milestone for Coredrive as we officially introduced our new name and brand.

By bringing together Gogh Solutions and JumpModel, we’ve combined years of experience across IFS Cloud, service management, enterprise asset management, ERP, workforce optimization and integration. Our focus remains on helping customers get more value from their technology investments, from implementation and ongoing support to optimization and innovation.

As IFS continues to expand its Industrial AI capabilities, we see an important opportunity to help organizations understand what’s possible, assess their readiness and determine how these technologies can support their business goals.

Looking Ahead

IFS Unleashed 2026 reinforced that the future of enterprise technology is moving toward more intelligent, connected and increasingly autonomous operations. IFS Intelligence, Nexus Black and Loops are important developments in that journey, helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation toward practical execution.

For businesses, now is the time to start considering how agentic AI fits into their operations and what steps are needed to prepare. The technology will continue to evolve, but organizations that begin evaluating opportunities today will be better positioned to take advantage of what’s ahead.

A big thank you to IFS for an incredible week in Orlando! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the IFS community, exchange ideas and celebrate the innovation shaping the future of our industry. We’re excited to build on the momentum and look forward to what’s ahead.
